Bus stop near the house. Public transportation available to Universal Studios and theme parks.
Private house in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Your room is comfortable and cozy. You sleep on a real wooden bed and thick luxury mattress. You enjoy a mini fridge and TV in your room. There's also a desk and lamp if you want to do some work (or just do make-up).
Your comfort is important. So you can control the air conditioner and heater in your room.
The dining room is yours to use. We have comfortable cafe-style chairs and a cozy eat-in island counter. You can dine here or work on on your laptop.
Bowls, cups, and utensils are provided.
Guests do not use the stove or oven. But can use the microwave. You can store foods and drinks in the mini fridge in your room.
I work as a software engineer. My wife and I work a lot, so you won't see us much. We're also very quiet in our room relaxing when we're home, but we will be available if you need something. Please text us using the Airbnb app if you need us.
Public bus stop nearby; bus ticket price is $2 per ride. You can also take a taxi or use uber.
If you have a car, please park on the street next to our mailbox or next to the fence. Many guests have parked here without any issues.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
