The guest house is a separate unit and may be occupied during your stay, but there are no shared indoor spaces.** You’ll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. 20 minutes to airport, 12 minutes to Downtown, and 5 minutes to AdventHealth Hospital. 5 minute walk to Rio Pinar Golf club. The place is very quiet and spacious! Two story home, with two livings rooms, a master with full bathroom, one half bathroom, spacious kitchen and big patio + yard. Main bedroom is downstairs. The second story includes one full bathroom and three bedrooms. You can use all parts of the house with exception of the guesthouse (located on the side of house/backyard). The guesthouse is accessible through the backyard but the guesthouse guests are not permitted in the backyard or covered patio. Please write us through Airbnb message.
