Here's what you need to know: - Convenient, safe location - Standard bathroom with provided toiletries and ample closet space - Kitchenette with 2 burner stove and mini fridge - TV & Wifi for entertainment - Memory-foam queen-size bed - AC with remote for cooling, space heater during cold months - 1 parking in the driveway, more on the street You'll find a spacious studio with a queen bed memory foam mattress and a very comfortable couch. The couch converts into a pull out full-size bed. The tv has smart capabilities, allowing you to use your own login for all of the popular video-streaming services. The coffee table rises, providing a suitable dining or desk surface. The walk-in closet offers ample space for your clothing and bags, or any other large item you may be storing. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge with freezer, a two-burner stove, a coffee maker (a selection of k-cups provided, although you may bring your own), a microwave, a sink, and basic dinnerware and cutlery. Don’t hesitate to stay here; we’re in a safe, residential neighborhood populated by caring neighbors from diverse backgrounds, ages, and lifestyles. This stay is LGBT+ friendly. I will mirror your comfort level, so if you want to chat, we can, and if you want total privacy, we can do that as well! The neighborhood is residential and reasonably quiet. You will be a short drive from all modern amenities, like grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, malls, bars. If you don't have a car, you can actually find most of these things within a ten minute walk, including an excellent City park with a loop for running or biking, as well as some exercise equipment. You may park your vehicle right next to the guest suite, or on the street, whichever you prefer. A maximum of two guest vehicles can park on the driveway. For those traveling without a vehicle, you may walk to the main road (5 min.) to find a bus stops. To find a bus schedule, visit the golynx bus service website. Located in the heart of Orlando, you will reach ANY destination in UNDER 30 minutes! The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is a straight shot down Semoran Blvd, only a 15 minute drive, while Downtown Orlando is a 10 minute drive, on a bad day! And of course, the theme parks aren’t far either, at 20 minutes to reach the Universal parks and 30 minutes for the Disney parks. If you’re using public transportation, buses are just a short walk away, and you’ll have ZERO problems catching an Uber or a Lyft, given that there are always some in the area.
