This condo is completely remodeled and upgraded, has one bedroom with a king size bed and two full bathrooms, living room with 50" smart TV, large kitchen fully equipped with granite counter top, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, pans, pots, conventional oven, modern stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. washer and dryer also available for your convenience, dining room, bunk bed comfortable for two kids and balcony where you can enjoy amazing view of the pool and lake. Free WIFI and free parking, the resort offers scheduled shuttle service to Disney world (need to reserve your spot and there is a fee). Must be 21 years old or older to book this property. Please, respect and take care of the furniture and appliances as if they were your own, I would greatly appreciate it. Please note that pets are not allowed in the resort. Smoking in the condo is strictly prohibited. Please note that we do not offer shampoo and conditioning. Guests can access to the heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness center and dock that accesses Lake Bryan. There is a pool bar seasonal operation. You can enjoy water sports on Lake Bryan for a fee. Miniature Golf is adjacent to the property. We do stock the condo for about three nights of stay, so the Dollar store next door is very convenient for restocking or buying any extra necessities.
