The inside was renovated with new wood flooring, new furniture and work station desk with high speed internet. In addition you’ll find high quality plush queen size mattress, refrigerator, microwave, kettle with coffee products, standard dinnerware set (no full kitchen), as well as air conditioning, cable TV, hairdryer, iron, and all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Less than 5 minutes to International Drive and SeaWorld, or Universal Studios, 10 minutes to Disney Springs. Down the road from Walmart Supercenter, Whole-Foods, Sprouts among many other shopping destinations including Orlando premium outlets, the mall at millennia and more. Great lake sunset views outside with Disney fireworks across the lake. Free assigned parking outside. easy check-in. Guest will have access to the fully private studio, in a quiet and central community on the ground level with a private entrance. You can walk around the large grass lawns overlooking the lake, enjoy a sunset stroll and over the beautiful Big San Lake and catch the Disney fireworks every night from a distance. Parking is free on assigned spot for your vehicle. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Washer and drier are available anytime in the community room. The studio is located in a quiet and central community right by a very large lake. We highly recommended to enjoy an evening stroll around sunset and or later usually at 9pm, catch the Disney fireworks across the lake from a distance. Located next to Westgate hotel, that offers some dining options. The location allows an easy access to all Orlando's major attractions within minutes and an easy highway access. We believe you will find it easy to get around. The studio is located in one of Orlando's best and safest neighborhoods with the high rated schools. Disney Springs and parks - 10–15-minute drive Universal Studios / Volcano Bay / Seaworld - 5-minute drive Orange County Convention center / International Drive - 5-minute drive Getting around in Orlando is recommended with a car or an Uber. Parking is free with an assigned spot. Some guests who elected to use Uber/Lyft appreciated the location being near everything. If you come to the convention center, you can save on the parking fees by parking at the house and using rideshare service to get there (only $6-$7). It is easy and recommended to have a car while in Orlando depending on your schedule and plans. If you are in town mostly for the Theme parks / convention - a rideshare service is a great way to get around and fairly affordable. At nighttime you can easily visit Universal CityWalk, Disney Springs - both offering free parking (CityWalk after 6PM) along with many dining and entertainment options. In addition, International Drive has countless restaurants and shopping options. Very quiet space, clean and all new inside, central to all main things Orlando has to offer.
