This colorful space is a true oasis for art lovers and foodies alike, with plenty of unique touches that make it an unforgettable place to stay. With the Kia Center, Exploria Stadium, Camping World Stadium, Downtown Orlando, & Dr. Phillips Center all being within a 5 minute drive, this home away from home serves as your perfect launch pad for all things Orlando! Free Parking: Upon arrival we provide free parking spaces towards to the back of the home and along the side on the grass. You may park on the street as well for free of cost. Easy Access: Self check-in with Smart lock access for main entry at the front of the home and bedroom entry. Complimentary: We offer a stocked snack bar with various healthy and tasty treats and beverages. Whether you crave something sweet or savory, there are plenty of options to choose from, and everything is included in the price of your stay. The room itself is very cozy and private with space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. There is also a closet and dresser for personal belongings as well as disposable slippers to increase your comfort. There is one bathroom in the home and it is detached across the hall in which may be shared with other guests occupying the other rooms. Guests have access to the laundry kitchen and living room as well for their own use and leisure. Parking is free as long as no vehicles take up the main driveway. It is a long and shared with the neighbors so it is important that they have access to pass through as well. Street parking is available along the front of the home. All downtown attractions are walking distance. If you prefer, scooters and wheelies are widely available. I can recommend the best apps to use to find scooters within the zone. Uber is fast and convenient and available to take you anywhere in central FL The Neighborhood: Parramore is a historic neighborhood developed as a segregated African-American community. Recent revitalization efforts have brought to the neighborhood some of the biggest venues in Orlando, such as the Amway Center, Exploria Stadium, Camping World Stadium and soon the Creative Village, UCF Campus, and more. Along the streets you will find colorful street art, delicious soul food restaurants, and signs of the neighborhood’s National Register Historic District designation. The location is a block from the Amway center. Just at the entrance of Parramore. There is a local organic farm around the corner in which provides fresh groceries to the community. And there are many new construction projects underway, and 1 mile to Downtown Orlando’s Central Business District. I am a professional artist and have done many mural projects within the area. I am familiar with many of the residents and people in my community through my work and have many amazing relations with them. My studio is also very closely located so the property has always provided many benefits for its convenient location for me. While, initial impressions of the neighborhood might make some hesitant, living and working here I have encountered friendly and hardworking neighbors—many in which have lived their entire lives here and that just happen to be born under different circumstances than me.
