This isn't glamping, Bring your own tent!Message even if already booked.I supply the electricity, city water, and a full functioning shower and toilet! You bring your tent and bedding!Or rent mine! Any extras are charged under Linens when you book!Such as my sheets, towels, shower gels, soaps etc! There are small(6pk)fridges available! No smoking cigarettes inside of the tents provided! bathroom and shower is a shared space so please respect others!Respect others/420 friendly Back yard camping without the wilderness! But we are closely located to downtown(15min)a convenience store,smoke shop,laundry mat and a lot of fast food restaurants within walking distance!! We are also 420 friendly!! I do have two tents (1 man) you bring your equipment and I supply the spot for you to land!! You have access to the backyard, if there are other campers I expect you to respect everyone else's space!!No visitors,I will ask you to leave,no refund!!! I will follow my guest lead on this, but they can message me with any questions! My neighborhood is pretty quiet everybody knows each other & looks out for each other! I tell everybody it might not be the best neighborhood but I have the best neighbors!!Diverse cultures, different ethnicities, everyone is friendly and most important my yard is very safe!! I have a bike on premises with a basket, we have a bus route very close and most everything is actually in walking distance! Sometimes our neighbors get a little loud at night!!Music etc, if you have any problems feel free to message me to see that I might be able to help you with those! there is a store 2 blocks away and directly across from my neighborhood there is a Dollar general, laundromat,BK, Subway, DDs within walking distance!!
