This listing is for two bedrooms inside of our three-bedroom house. My brother and co-host, Narada, lives in the third room. Both rooms have bunk beds to help accommodate larger parties and families. In the first room: The bottom bunk bed is a full size and can sleep 2 people. The top bunk is a twin size and can sleep 1 person. In the second room: The bottom bunk bed is a full size and can sleep 2 people. The top bunk is also a full size and can sleep 2 people. Both rooms also have a closet, desk, 2 chairs, and small drawers for your clothes. Our rooms are designed to accommodate larger parties. A party of four will share the bottom bunks of each room and the top bunk is prepared for parties of 5-7. If you are a party of three or four and would like to sleep in your own beds, there is a one time fee of $5.00 per bed for our cleaner. Guests have full access to the bathroom, laundry room, living room, and kitchen. Bathroom: There is one bathroom in the house that are available to guests. This bathroom has a shower, toiler, and laundry machines. Laundry Room: Guests are allowed to use our laundry machines for a small price that can be paid through the "Send Money" feature on Airbnb. Washer: $1.00 per load Dryer: $1.00 per load Living Room: The living room is a shared space. It has a 65" Smart TV that is connected to the internet. You are welcome to login to any of your favorite streaming account. We have a Netflix account available for your use provided a guest doesn't log us out of it. We also have two plush blankets available if it gets too cold for guests to use. Kitchen: Guests have full access to the kitchen and all that comes in it. You have designated pantry space in the kitchen for your food supplies. You also have full access to the refrigerator, dishes, and appliances! I (Maddy) and my co-host (Narada) do not live on site, but other guests do. We swing by often to tend to the property, and we will always be a brief Airbnb message away! Living in South Division offers residents an urban feel as there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. My home is located South of Downtown Orlando just outside of SoDo District. Experience our district’s vibrant culture by attending one of our many community events, showing support for local and small businesses and engaging in our active artistic lifestyle. SoDo District has an abundance of hidden gems just waiting to be explored!
