The SoDo District is a business district surrounded by many of Orlando's historic neighborhoods known for their lakes, walkable parks and streets. There is abundance of boutique-style shops and mom-and-pop restaurants offering diverse options.
While you can walk to some restaurants bars and shops, the car is recommended. You also have access to Uber or public transportation to get around.
We don't post pictures of the outside for privacy reasons. Rest assured, the outside of the house is also beautiful.

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
