The kitchen is not open for guest to cook, guest can use the fridge, coffee or tea can be made but not to cook meals. During the stay guests are responsible to clean after themselves the room is private with shared spaces, bathroom,kitchen and livingroom Be mindful that the bathroom is shared with other guests, the property gets clean every time a guest checks out but when 1 guest checks out there are 2 or 3 other guests in there, they will use the kitchen and bathroom before you arrive so you could see water residue in the bathroom tub and sink because other guests are using it. living area, bathroom, backyard 1 towel per stay, if long term guest needs to have their own linens or pay an additional fee for housekeeping & extra linens during the stay the kitchen is not open to cook, if a guest wants to cook there will be an additional fee depends on how many nights guests will stay on property. the property has wifi as a courtesy not an amenity exterior cameras on property
