This is a single family home with shared common areas with other guests not the host.
We have a ring in front of the house, recording with motion sensor 24/7.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
