The whole back area located behind the main house is available for your use. You can use the grill, pool, pool toys, and outdoor sitting. You can also use the front driveway to park your car. If it happens to be occupied, you can park on the grass close to the side street but not on the street. The pool area has been set up for our guests to enjoy. We don't mind socializing with our guests, but we do like to give them their privacy and space. It is a very quiet street, perfect for walking or biking, especially if you are coming with a dog. A car is recommended The pool area is a shared common space. You might be greeted by our small dogs, a Yorkie, and 2 Shih-Tzu's. If we happen to be by the pool, we will greet you, but we will provide you with privacy and space to enjoy the pool and backyard without us being in the way. The back of the main house has large windows, and our pups might be by the window. This suite is a unique space. We turned it from an unused empty garage to a completely remodeled suite that offers everything you need in a safe and private area.
