Quad City Suite 🛏🛏 : Twin with Full size lower mattress bunk bed in the upper area and standard double twin bed bunk in the lower suite. Sleeps 5. This double room suite has its own bathroom with a shower 🚿. Guest Bath 🛁 : Located off the main dining area between bedroom 2 and the quad city suite is the guest bath, equipped with shower and tub combo. All bathrooms come fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Side B: Master -The Lamp Room 🛏 : Queen size bed with wall mounted hanging Edison lighting and storage. It is named after Monte Delaney. Delaney Park can be noted for brick streets, mix of homes dating from the 1920s to present day, large oak trees,[1] and close proximity to Orlando Regional Medical Center, Winnie Palmer Hospital for Children and Orlando's Downtown Entertainment corridor. You'll have shopping, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance or a short rideshare/bike/scooter ride into downtown's bar and entertainment area. There are lots of things within walking distance or rent a E bike/Scooter and explore the surrounding area. The property is closely located next to eateries, a large shopping plaza with Target and TJ Maxx, plus easy access to major Hospitals including Winnie Palmer. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction).
