Right outside Baldwin & Winter park, built in 2024. It was thoughtfully designed to create a big living area in a small space. Rocking chairs right on your covered patio, west facing, to enjoy the beautiful sunsets every night. Or take a short walk to Baldwin Park and Baldwin Lake where you can find scenic exercise trails, dining, and breweries, and more. Most wall art photos are real photos showcasing the parts of Florida that are often forgotten and not far away, "Old Florida...." Located in a quiet residential suburbia, this courtyard setup is close to everything and conveniently located - able to get to most places without accessing a main road. The home was thoughtfully decorated with functionality and comfort in mind. The kitchen has an induction stove top, toaster, coffee maker, full fridge with freezer, and microwave. Besides the lack of oven, the kitchen is otherwise spacious and equipped to prepare even some big meals! The home is very close to Cady Way Trail and Baldwin Park Lake. You can walk two blocks to get onto the trail or a few more into Baldwin Park... lot of guests enjoy running in these areas. There are a couple high end restaurants, breweries, lunch spots, Italian food, mexican food, cigar bar, ice cream, and a sports bar. Overall it is a small, but cute and lively downtown area that often has a small farmers market on the weekends The surrounding area is transitional, but we border Winter Park & Baldwin Park. The property itself has a total of three separate living quarters. Parking, entry, living spaces are all entirely private - the laundry room and backyard is shared. 20 min - MCO 14 min - Park Avenue in Winter Park, FL (brick paved, high-end dining, shopping, and gardens) 14 min - Mills Ave - Dining & Trendy Bars 15 min - DT Orlando & Lake Eola 10 min - Leu Gardens (extensive gardens, fee at entrance, periodic events) 9 min - Target 4 min - Publix (Groceries) or Walmart Marketplace 2 min - Baldwin Park Lake Trail Self check-in anytime after 4pm! We offer a courtesy early check in as early as 11am if we don't have a same day cleaning ;) You can reach me on the app if you need anything! Although there are other rentals in the yard, the space overall feels very private. -One parking spot available (street parking only) -The home is a quiet residential suburbia, and is a guest house behind a main home, please respect our neighbors who live here full-time. -All ceiling lights are on a dimmer so you can adjust everything to your mood, USB plugs are in bedroom and living space for your convenience. -The bathtub is shower-only and does not function as a traditional bath. Although the house has a tub it is not suitable for baths. Pests – Our home is located in one of the most beautiful and serene natural settings you’ll find. Because of the surrounding environment, you may occasionally notice flies or other harmless insects during your stay. Our cleaning team and pest control do their best to minimize this, but their presence does not reflect a lack of cleanliness. It is simply part of being in a natural setting.
