This tropical condo at the Blue Heron Beach Resort is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay: full kitchen, washer/dryer, primary bedroom w/ ensuite, second bedroom with queen bed, second FULL bathroom, plus bonus alcove with bunk beds. Both the King and Queen beds have adjustable bases w/ remotes for maximum comfort! Including the sofa bed, the condo sleeps 8. Enjoy the two private balconies: one facing the sunrise over the lake each morning, and one facing Disney fireworks each night! We'll be sure to keep the condo stocked with soaps, detergents, towels, coffee, etc. The resort also offers various amenities such as year-round heated pools, hot tub, Tiki Bar, boardwalk, gym, game room, and even a kiddie pool. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, restaurants, shops, salon, mini-golf all on the property. For those that like getting their steps in, you can WALK to the entrance of Disney Springs, less than 2 miles away. Best of all, we are centrally located in the heart of Disney, with convenient access to everything!
Guests have access to all resort areas, including 24/7 access to parking garages, and resort amenities until 11PM. Guests also have private foot access to on-site shops, dining options, Starbucks, and more.

The remote controls for the adjustable beds are very expensive; please note that damaged or missing remotes must be replaced at the renter's expense ($100 per remote).
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
