Private Areas (Host Only) The linen closet and garage are reserved for host use only and are not accessible to guests. We're available through the Airbnb app during business hours and typically respond within the hour. Our goal is simple — make sure you have everything you need for a great stay in Orlando. Our townhome is located in the Tourist area next to the OC Convention Center and in front of Universal Epic (open 2025), known for its lush greenery, well-maintained surroundings, and family-friendly atmosphere. In a 7 minute drive you can be at the International Drive where the most famous attractions are like the Icon Park, the Titanic exhibition, restaurants, and shopping. You can take the I-Ride Trolley to get to hundreds of hot spots, along this 11-mile stretch. Check-in & Check-out Self check-in via keypad — no need to coordinate arrival times with us. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability; just ask in advance. Noise & Community Vista Cay is a gated residential resort. We ask guests to be mindful of neighbors, especially after 10 pm. This ensures a peaceful experience for everyone. Stairs The villa spans 3 floors. Bedroom 3 on the first floor is accessible without stairs — ideal for guests with limited mobility or families with strollers. Sleeping Capacity The villa comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living area. Temperatures Orlando weather varies — hot summers and cool winters. The villa has central A/C and heating throughout all floors, keeping you comfortable year-round. What We Provide Starter supplies included: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee, and basic kitchen condiments. Local Tip Publix supermarket is 2 minutes away — stock up on groceries the day you arrive and save on dining costs during your stay. Resort Amenities Access Access cards for the pool and gym are provided inside the villa. Please keep them safe. A replacement fee will apply if they're lost.
