Close to the Orlando Convention Center and within minutes from the airport, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Walt Disney Parks. There are many options for shopping and dining very close. This gated community has a clubhouse, infinity-edge pool and multilevel deck space, spa, kids pool, movie theater, game room, fitness center, basketball court, and more! Sits 4 people Bedroom #1 (Suite): One King size bed and Flat Screen TV Bathroom #1(Suite): Shower and a dual sink Bedroom #2: One King size bed Bathroom #2: Walk-in Shower and a single sink. Bedroom #3: Two Twin size bed and Flat Screen TV There’s a sofa bed in the living room that can fit two children or one adult comfortably. We have had two adults sleeping in the sofa bed before, but it might be tight. UPON REQUEST it’s possible to upgrade our complimentary internet to 1Gb internet speed for a fee. There’s also a Cat 5 cable available also upon request. Umbrella stroller and pack n play available at the unit (no need to request) Guests can use all of the common areas. There are access cards inside the unit that give access to the pool and the gym. I will be available through txt, email and phone. There’s a publix and a Walgreens close by. It’s walking distance. The area is tranquil and easy to walk/drive around.
