Monthly renters welcome. This cozy escape is the perfect place to rest your feet after a day of adventuring through Orlando's attractions. Located across the street from Universal you can walk to the park gates in 15 minutes. A professional cleaning staff ensures the place is clean and ready when you arrive. Our recently renovated, modern space has everything you need for a weekend getaway or a month long excursion. Walk in the front door, drop your bags and let the whole family hang out together, where the open kitchen, dining and living room provide just the right amount of space for everyone. Relax in the roomy master suite with queen sized memory foam bed and barn door bathroom entrance. There's even a private courtyard if you prefer your morning coffee outdoors. The second bedroom, Murphy bed, sleeper sofa and hall bathroom offer comfortable accommodations for the rest of the team. Take in that delicious Florida evening weather sitting at the tiki bar on the lanai. And to help you get things back in order before heading to your next destination you have a utility room with washer and dryer. Guests have full access to the home, including the tiki bar lanai, the private outdoor courtyard, utility room and private driveway parking. The garage is not available to guests. You have the inside of the house, patio and courtyard all to yourself, including the laundry room. You also have the back and side yards. The garage is not available. We will not be there to greet you in person, but are always just an AirBNB message or phone call away. It's self check-in so you're welcome to arrive late. If you're arriving after 10pm please confirm that you have your code to unlock the door prior to arriving. We will not be there to greet you but are always available through the Airbnb app or your preferred means of messaging. Should there be an emergency we can be at the property promptly. The neighborhood is a quiet loop, with no through traffic. If you'd like to get out an stretch your legs, a quick walk across the street will have you strolling along Universal's tree lined avenue. It's just 2 miles from the attractions of International Drive and a short drive to both SeaWorld and Disney. Many guests choose to save on the cost and hassle of parking and walk 15 minutes to Universal. If you don't have your own vehicle, Uber and Lyft are always just a couple of minutes away and able to take you anywhere you need to go. Disney and the other parks are all a short car ride away. There are convenience stores and restaurants within 1/2 mile and the nearest supermarket, Publix, is 1.4 miles away. If you're arriving after 10pm please let us know so we can be available if there's any trouble accessing the house.
