your family will be close to everything, when you stay at this centrally located
place. Near the airport, Disney, restaurants and all others attractions
we have two bedrooms with full side bed and a share bathroom, then we have
the master with queens size bed an private bathroom
you can use the back yard were we have a BBQ set and the garbage containers, one with green cap for regular garbage and other with blue cap for recicling
I am always reachable at my phone
It is a quiet and without noise place, near all activity
you can use your car or hire an uber everything are close by. Also we have two parking spot in front of the house.
We have a community pool in front of the house, wich you can use.
The pool key is hang in the kitchen wall.
We also have visitor's parking in front of the pool, please do not use my neighbor's parking. Be careful no to park on the grass because you will be tow away
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
