Easy access to Downtown Orlando, Theme Parks, and Winter Park/Park Ave. This private suite is recently remodeled with all new kitchen appliances, including a full fridge and freezer, microwave, and stovetop/oven. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker and a variety of your favorite brews, a brita pitcher with fresh filtered water, dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans. Start your day sipping your favorite cup of coffee while enjoying our cozy front porch lounge chairs. The spacious bathroom includes a full size closet with hangers for unpacking your bags, modern sliding glass shower doors, and a new vanity. At the end of your day, relax in the comfortable queen-size bed and enjoy the flat screen smart tv. We hope you enjoy your stay and come back again soon! Guests have their own private driveway located directly in front of the suite. Extra parking is available in the street. Our suite features a private entrance and easy self check-in. The neighborhood is very safe and family-friendly. My husband and I live on property in the main house and are available if you need any assistance or have questions during your stay! Feel free to message us and we will respond as quickly as possible. College Park is known for its 20th-century cottages, abundant green spaces and lakes. Lake Ivanhoe, in particular, is popular for waterskiing, wakeboarding and its views of the downtown skyline. The neighborhood is also home to the Dubsdread Golf Course, which dates back to the 1920s. Along the main street, Edgewater Drive, are restaurants, boutiques and vintage stores. College Park is a very family-friendly and pet-friendly neighborhood with lots to explore! College park is a great place to walk around, go for a run, or take your pets to the park. There are also plenty of bikes and scooters to rent throughout the neighborhood within walking distance from the suite. Lake Adair is a great place to walk around and is located less than a mile away! - Smoking and parties are not allowed on property. Smoking anywhere on property or in the suite will result in a $350 fee paid by the guest. Thank you for respecting our house rules.
