This reservation is for a one bedroom condo with fully equipped kitchen, private, seperated living room and sleeping quarters and a personal balcony! Guests staying have full access to resort amenities and will check in with staff upon arrival. Whether your a couple or a small family, this is the perfect little home away from home to enjoy while visiting the area! 1 Bedroom Presidential Reserve Condo, a step above the standard condos, offer guests quality appliances, mattresses and views Besides it's incredible location, the resort offers 5 pools, 9 hot tubs, a playground and 2 toddler water features, 2 lazy rivers, 2 gyms, 3 game rooms, mini golf, a vollyball court, picnic and BBQ areas, multiple restaurants and bars, gift shop shuttle to the disney parks and more for guests! Shuttle to and from Disney for cheap! These condos are operated by Wyndham, you will be a guest of the owner of the timeshare and have a Guest Confirmation. The name on the confirmation must be the person checking in and must at least 21 years old. Once this name has been added, it cannot be changed without an additional fee. There will be no additional fees or taxes when you arrive for check-in. You need to have a major credit card and driver's license to check in ($150 deposit will be put on hold and released when you check out), but nothing will be charged to it unless you make long distance calls or personally charge something to your room. I will need a name and address to put on the reservation. You will most likely be invited to a timeshare presentation at some point, but you are by no means required to accept.
