After a day of adventure, unwind with a bath in the bathtub using our provided shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, or relax in the living area with the provided books and reading material under the perfect temperature set by the air conditioning and heating. Every bedroom provides ample clothing storage and features bed linens and extra pillows and blankets, plus room-darkening shades for maximum rest. The unit also includes a washer and dryer in unit and an iron for light packing, which is essential for extended or long-term stays allowed. We offer both free parking on premises and free street parking for total convenience, and the property is minutes from major Orlando Premium Outlets and local grocery stores like Whole Foods Market and Publix. The unit comes with children’s books and toys, fast WiFi, Ethernet connection, and a smoke alarm and safe for security, making this the perfect, fully-equipped home base for your next magical and memorable group adventure. The Entire Building 10 dollars extra per hour for an arrival before 1600 but this must be approved and paid extra on the amount of the reservation in advance depending on the availability of the cleaning team. Same thing for a departure after 1100 up to a maximum of 3:00 p.m. and it must be approved at least 24 hours in advance. 500 dollars fine if you smell cigarette smoke, drugs, cigars, etc. Free street parking may be available; however, we are not responsible for parking availability or regulations. Guests are responsible for verifying local parking rules and ensuring compliance. If you prefer private parking, please contact us in advance. The cost is $10 per night. Note: Even though your dog is a support animal, There is an extra 10 dollars per night over 2 guests and extra 15 dollars per night per animal for the entire stay.fee per dog, per night, for your stay. We will waive the extra pet count if you have two or three dogs (maximum), but the $15 nightly fee still applies. This is because having animals in the unit leads to higher cleaning costs, increased risk of damage to furniture, and potential issues with other tenants in the building or future guests staying in the same unit — especially those with pet allergies. During your stay in our accommodation, we provide Wi-Fi. However, we are not responsible for any Internet outages. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible with our technician and/or Internet provider, but we cannot be held liable for any financial losses or damages that may result from such interruptions. Additionally, we provide basic supplies such as toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels. If there is a dishwasher, we will include a few pods or capsules for a limited number of uses. The same applies to the washing machine — we will provide a few laundry detergent pods for your stay. However, we are not responsible for restocking these items, regardless of the length of your stay. You will need to purchase more if needed.
