Luxury waterfront Disney area resort This is a beautiful 1br +loft 2 bathroom unit. The condo has the best of everything from granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms to the new light fixtures, ceiling fans, balcony furniture, and beautiful solid furnishing. This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and Lake Bryan. (See the pictures…the views are amazing during every time of the day!) The unit is completely equipped with everything you'll need from silverware and dishes to pots and pans and an icemaker. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private bath and Jacuzzi tub. The bunks are located in an alcove off the entry hall, can be utilized as a 2nd bedroom. (Please note that this is not a 2nd private bedroom, it is an alcove in the hallway that can be utilized as a 2nd sleeping area) The second full bathroom is located on right along the entry hall and the washer and dryer are on the left. The full kitchen has all new appliances. The full-size sleeper sofa can be utilized to accommodate two people and has a very comfortable mattress for your comfort. The resort has several heated outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, a kiddie pool, a tiki bar (seasonal operation), two fitness centers and a wonderful pier with an attached raised wetland walkway. Watersports activities are available through nearby Lake Buena Vista Watersports. Hawaiian Rumble Miniature Golf is adjacent to the property and numerous shopping centers are also nearby including the very popular Premier Outlet Mall.
