Best location in Orlando. No need for a car. This beautiful, historic 1947 garage apartment is a 5-minute walk to Lake Eola, and within walking distance of many lovely cafes, restaurants, and bars. We are very proud of our little guesthouse behind our home. We would love to host you and show off our beautiful city. Driving distances to major attractions: - Dr Phillips Center || 5 min (1.2 miles) - Amway Center || 5 min (1.5 miles) - Universal Studios || 20 min - Disney || 30 min Our freshly renovated studio guesthouse is in the heart of the historic Lake Eola Heights neighborhood. Our space is perfect for a couple or solo traveler, but can accommodate up to 4 if you choose to use the full size air mattress or couch. Please ask if you have any questions at all! We love to interact with guests and share our love for the city. We live in the main house on the property. We are available if you need anything, but we try to give our guests as much space as they need to relax and enjoy themselves. || Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am. Please check with us if you would like to adjust the times and we will happily accommodate you if it’s possible! || Parking || There is space for guests to park 1 car in front of the guest house. Please make sure we (your hosts) can get our car out of the garage and driveway. Any additional cars can utilize street parking. Please note there is no parking on our street, but there is street parking less than 1 block east on Hyer Avenue. || Netflix is available on the TV. You can use our account or sign in to your own. || Our back porch area, including our gas fire pit and gas grill are available for you to use if you'd like, just let us know and we can show you how to use them! Please feel at home in the whole studio space, including the deck space attached to the main house. We use the garage and the main home. There is keyless entry and you will be provided an access code before arriving. Please message us and we will be quick to respond. We live in the main house in front of the garage apartment and work nearby as well. We live in the heart of Lake Eola Heights Historic District- a quaint neighborhood with brick-paved streets and beautiful architecture. An easy walk to Lake Eola and close proximity to the other great Orlando neighborhoods like Mills 50- famous for Asian food and some of our personal favorite bars. We love living in one of the most walkable areas of Orlando and we hope you take advantage of strolling the brick-paved streets!
