Check-In/Check-Out →We invite you to check in after 4 p.m., and request that you check out before 10 a.m. local time. →However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with these times, the front desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. → For security purposes, keys will only be given to the name on the reservation. You will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. →At least one guest must qualify minimum age to Occupy Room 18 Parking → Complimentary self-parking is available for guests at the resort. Recreational vehicles, trailers and oversized vehicles cannot be parked at the resort. Please contact the resort for information about alternative parking. Please note that while parking fees are not assessed to guests with this stay due to our timeshare ownership, parking fees are assessed to some other guest types. Internet → Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in your villa and throughout the resort. The Business Center also offers High-Speed Internet Access, computer, printing and faxing services (fees apply). Wireless bandwidth upgrades are available for a fee (check with the resort for current discounted Owner rates). Housekeeping → Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for a nominal fee. Stays for 7 days or longer include 1 midweek room cleaning. Shorter stays do not include regular room cleaning. if towels or amenities need to be replenished, they can be requested during the stay. Pet Policy → To ensure your comfort and safety, and to maintain the quality of your villa, vacation ownership resorts do not allow pets on the resort grounds or in the villas, with the exception of service animals that may be covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Resort Security → To ensure the safety and security of all Owners and guests, you will be required to present a photo ID at the Security Gate for access to the resort. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. Additionally, owners and guests should be aware that the off-site food delivery service is not allowed past the security gates. Owners and guests should arrange to meet the delivery drivers at the reception center. Smoking Policy → Smoking of any kind (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited both inside the villas and on the balconies/lanais. If signs of smoking are detected, a $250 fee will be charged by the resort upon checkout. Additionally, in compliance with local and state smoking ordinances, smoking is prohibited in the enclosed areas around the swimming pools, in the children’s play areas and at other public places. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas, which are available throughout the resort.
