There is no daily cleaning service. The condo is cleaned before the guest arrives and then after the guest's departure.
The apartment is equipped with initial supplies consisting of toilet soap, toilet paper and dishwashing liquid for the first day. After the starter kit is depleted, each guest is responsible for purchasing all other supplies that they will use during their stay.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
