Lyft/Uber drops you right in front of the park entrance you want to go to, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios. Disney has exclusive rideshare (Lyft/Uber) lanes to drop passengers off right at the front entrance of EPCOT, ANIMAL KINGDOM and HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS. So I recommend taking Lyft to and from Disney parks. When leaving any Disney park, there is a FREE one-way shuttle bus that is FREE and goes to Disney Springs, because they want your business (lots of nightlife and theatre) after you leave the park. Then you can an Uber/Lyft to Blue Heron which is two miles away: $8.00 for four people, and $12.00 for Lyft XL for six people. Disney parking is $25 per day. EPCOT, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios has parking in front of their parks; then you can catch the tram to entrance or walk to entrance, it's not too far from where your car is parked to park entrance. Lyft/Uber will take you to entrance because Disney has special Lyft/Uber lane for drop-off and pick-up. No smoking in unit, but the balcony overlooking Disney fireworks, smoking is allowed. Two outdoor swimming pools, a kiddie pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi and Tiki Bar and fitness rooms. Buena Vista Watersports will deliver jet skis and pontoon or ski boats right to our dock on Lake Bryan for some aquatic fun for extra fee. "Everything about Blue Heron Beach Resort was awesome!!!! It's close to Disney Springs and all of the parks (Disney and Universal and SeaWorld), as well as a lot of restaurants and shopping near by, some within walking distance! The unit is well equipped for ALL of your needs ....super spacious and clean even though it's one bedroom! Loved the privacy! We will definitely stay here again!" "This was one of the best trips and rentals we have ever had in many trips to Florida: An absolute pleasure to see the beautiful lakeside at the Blue Heron Resort. The location, access, and amenities were perfect. Set directly on Lake Bryan with a huge pier that juts out into the water it is very serene in a very populated location and includes a monstrous heated pool, hot tub, children's wading pool, and one more smaller pool. Having a front desk to answer any question was well appreciated ($30.00 fee pays for parking and front desk 24/7 help for entire visit). (Seasonal fee) Upon entering the condo, your bedroom and private bathroom are both well-appointed. This front bedroom is close to the front door and "private balcony" that works great for viewing the Disney fireworks every night at 9pm and 10pm. It's super private! The back of the condo includes the lakeview/pool. Traffic can get heavy near the entrance/exit to the building but never was a problem, it's actually good because it stops and makes it easier to get in and out. Use your GPS to find best routes. Plenty of covered parking. (Might be fee $30 if busy season) Blue Heron has all the conveniences of a high-end resort! If you are missing anything, you can get it without going too far." They are expanding Disney Springs, so looking forward to that! I would definitely stay here again. All the parks are an easy 5-10 minute drive from the condo. A very short walk to a great pizza place, Dunkin Doughnuts and Starbucks. I have no complaints."
