This Disney-themed condo offers a stunning view of Lake Bryan from the large balcony and is conveniently located right next to Disney! - Disney Springs (2 mi) - EPCOT (5 mi) - Hollywood Studios (6 mi) - Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom (9 mi) - Sea World (5 mi) - Convention Center (5 mi) - Universal Studios (9 mi) - Orlando Airport (18 mi) - Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets (less than 2 miles) This beautiful and spacious unit, located on the 14th floor, offers a spectacular view of Lake Bryan and the swimming pool. This 1-bedroom condo has two full bathrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom has a king size bed. There are 2 bunk beds in the hallway (for children under 15 years), and there is a sofa - queen size bed in the living room. The condo also includes a full kitchen, living room, dining area, spacious balcony, and washer and dryer. The unit is equipped with free Wi-Fi. The condo is on a self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. Guests can also use all resort facilities at no additional charge, including outdoor heated pools, an outdoor hot tub, tiki bar, fitness center, game room, one parking space, and dock with access to Lake Bryan. Thanks to Lake Buena Vista Watersports, you can even rent jet skis, pontoons, and more. and have them delivered to the dock! **Please note that the facilities are managed by the resort and may require maintenance from time to time. I apologize in advance if any of the facilities are undergoing maintenance during your stay, as this is out of my control. The location : This condo is so close to Disney you can see Epcot and Disney Springs from the property and it's only a 20-minute drive from the airport (depending on traffic of course!). To get to the parks, Uber or Lyft services are available and affordable. There is mini golf located next door and a Starbucks on the property, as well as Dollar Tree, Walgreens, Dunkin Donuts and many restaurants within walking distance. I use the app for messages throughout the stay and we remain available for any questions. Right in the heart of Disney and Universal Parks, there are more than 60 restaurants within 3 mi. Several activities at your expense are available such as jet-ski rental, mini-golf, kayaking. Dollar store, Starbuck, Subway, Disney gift shop are available within a minute walk. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m. Any late check-out will incur a $100 late check-out fee. ***Main traveler must be 21 years old or older to book and stay at the resort.
