Completely renovated, coastal style condo w/ 2 balconies on the 16th floor. Enjoy the view, and the convenience of staying minutes from the excitement of Disney Parks/Springs, Universal Studios and more! When not at the parks, relax in this spacious condo w/ peaceful views of Lake Bryan. In the morning awake to the sunrise over the lake. In the evening, unwind on the opposite balcony to watch the sunset & fireworks. Take some time to relax in the pools & hot tub. Located on the 16th floor, this 2 bed/2bath condo has extra sleeping space in a day bed nook off the hallway. One bedroom has a king bed with bathroom attached to it. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds with a bathroom attached to it, that also accesses the hallway. In the hallway is a nook with a twin bed. Modern kitchen w/dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge, microwave. Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, and plenty of dishes, and utensils. 50 inch smart TV's are located in each bedroom with cable. In the day bed area is a 32 inch TV w/Roku. The TV in living room is 55 inch smart TV with cable. You'll have the entire condo to yourself with access to 2 resort pools, one kiddie pool, fitness center and game room. I'm available to interact w/guests through the airbnb app. Walk to restaurants, bars, fast food, Walgreens, gift shops, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. Restaurants within walking distance: Chick fil-a, McDonalds, Subway, Wendys, Bahama Breeze, Applebees, Landrys Seafood, Saltgrass Steak house, Pal Campo Puerto Rican food, 818 Heat hot Pot & BBQ Korean food. Restaurants a short drive, or uber/Lyft Giordanos Pizza, El Patron Mexican food, plus many more area restaurants and tons of restaurants at very nearby Disney Springs. Jetski, kayak and pontoon boats are available to rent and Buena Vista Watersports will drop them off in front of the resort right at the dock. Call Buena Vista Watersports for more details and price. Also right next to condo is Hawaiian Rumble mini golf. Enjoy the free parking at this resort. Or don't worry about a car. Uber and Lyft make it easy to get from the airport to the resort, and from the resort to all the parks. Head to the resort pool and visit the tiki bar for drinks and light snacks. Grocery delivery and uber eats drop off at front desk. They are unable to deliver to your actual condo door, due to security with key cards needed for the elevator. This is a self catering condo. Meaning you are started off with the basics such as couple rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, trial size shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing soap. It is up to you to purchase what you need for your stay. There is no daily maid service, although maid service can be arranged if you like.
