Guests must check-in at any time after 4 p.m. through the Reception, which operates from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you are stuck outside these time lines, please let me know so that I can leave you registered at the reception.
To check-in, simply proceed to the lobby and talk to a Front Desk attendant, who will give you the access cards that will be used for the elevator service and to enter the apartment.
If you need to enter before the normal check-in time (4:00pm), we can organize this for you.
There is an additional tax of U$20.00 for this service. Please let us know if you would like to take advantage of this option, and we will make the necessary adjustments to ensure that everything is ready for your arrival.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
