"Shouldn't it be your choice as well?" Tastefully and professionally decorated - This is a spacious one-bedroom, two-bath lakefront condominium located at the Blue Heron Beach Resort. It's conveniently located just two blocks off I-4 and just 1 mile from the entrance to Disney with breathtaking views of Lake Bryan. The condo has the best of everything from granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms to the new light fixtures, ceiling fans, balcony furniture, and beautiful solid furnishing. This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and Lake Bryan. (See the pictures…the views are amazing during every time of the day!) The unit is completely equipped with everything you'll need from silverware and dishes to pots and pans and an icemaker. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private bath and Jacuzzi tub. The bunks, located in an alcove off the entry hall, are designed for kids up to 100lbs. The second full bathroom is located on right along the entry hall and the washer and dryer are on the left. The full kitchen has all new GE appliances. The full-size sleeper sofa can be utilized to accommodate two people and has a very comfortable upgraded mattress for your comfort. Bedding for the sleeper is located in the master bedroom closet. The resort has several heated outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, a kiddie pool (all pools are open 7:00 am - 11:00 pm), a tiki bar (open 11:00 am - 11:00 pm), two fitness centers and a wonderful pier with an attached raised wetland walkway. Watersport’s activities are available through nearby Lake Buena Vista Watersports. Hawaiian Rumble Adventure Golf is adjacent to the property and numerous shopping centers are also nearby including the very popular Premier Outlet Mall. Although I’m generally available by phone 24/7, a friend and resident at Blue Heron will be present to assist you with your check-in. The Blue Heron is conveniently located less than a mile from Disney. There is a dollar store right next door if you forget something like a toothbrush or toothpaste. Starbucks, Hawaiian Rumble Mini Golf, Walgreens, and Applebee’s are just a few of the businesses that are just steps away. And...you're only about two miles from the Premier Outlet Mall if you enjoy shopping. Blue Heron is only about 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport and a ride with Uber or Lyft is around $30. Although renting a car is the most convenient means of transportation, Uber and Lyft are good ways to get around. - $95 one time cleaning fee
