It's fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay: a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and 2 large bedrooms, each with a dresser and TV. A hallway alcove is where you'll find a bunkbed for kids, each with its own TV. (Note: this is NOT a separate room.) The unit also offers two full bathrooms and two private balconies. We'll get you started with a supply of laundry & dishwasher detergent, a paper towel roll, dish soap, and garbage bags. A starter supply of coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer will be available. There will be (8) bath towel sets and pool towels. We also provide a Pack-n-Play, a high chair, and a wagon for transporting groceries. The resort offers various amenities, including a year-round heated pool, hot tub, Tiki Bar, boardwalk, dock, small gym, arcade room, and even a kiddie pool. There are gas BBQs at the south end of the pool deck. BBQ utensils are provided in the unit. Be sure to catch the sunrise over Lake Bryan each morning from your east-facing balcony and the sunsets from your west-facing balcony. There is so much natural light that we've provided Blackout curtains in the living room and main bedroom. Best of all, we are centrally located in the heart of all the action with convenient access to everything! **Be sure to search for all the hidden Mickeys throughout the condo. There are many. Publix and Walmart are nearby. The Premium Outlet Mall is also nearby. In addition, boat, jet ski, and kayak rentals are also nearby. It allows you the most flexibilty to go when and where you want. Parking at Blue Heron is FREE and Parking at Disney Springs (restaurant district of Disney) is also FREE. (Lime or Orange Parking lots. We recommend Orange because it is usually less crowded. Lime Parking has Stroller and Wheel Chair parking right at the end of the escalator as you enter Disney Springs. Parking at the theme parks is reasonable ($30 per carload per day as of Jan 2024 but subject to change). Your daily parking pass is good between all Disney parks during the day of purchase. (there is also internal Disney transportation between parks if you dont' want to drive). If you choose to Uber and Lyft are also options. Prices vary depending on when and where you are going. When you're staying with us, the last thing we want is for you to do a bunch of chores before you leave. When you check out, all we ask is for you to place the trash in the trash chute located just past the elevator, sign out of your TV Steaming accounts, leave the key and parking pass on the condo counter or drop off at the office, and plan on coming back soon!
