The unit is equipped with a comfy queen size pull out sofa bed in case your party needs the extra sleeping space. The FULLY renovated kitchen is complete and stacked with all the essentials. Full fridge (with ice and water dispenser), stove, microwave, dishwasher and bar top seating provided along with plenty of dishware (plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, serving dishes, pots and pans and Tupperware for your convenience. BALCONY: A view of Disney Springs can be enjoyed from the front walkway along with Disney Fireworks (at night, when shows are performed). This resort location is just dreamy. Tucked back off 535, the Resort sits on Lake Bryan. There is mangrove like bush that you can walk through on designated deck path/ walkways. There is always a nice breeze that comes from Lake Bryan which is super refreshing. You are close to everything, yet removed enough to rest peacefully. Starbucks (coffee, tea, snacks), Chick-Fil-a (quick service), Applebee’s, are within walking distance of the property, under 7 min. Minnie Golf Course is next door. Walt Disney World Entrance - Disney Springs Area - is less than 5 min. away (driving). I-4 is less than five min. away - I-4 Corridor will connect you to the Universal Area/ Downtown Orlando. Less than 7 min. to the Orlando Premium Outlets, additional dining and shopping option. Orlando is primed with Urber/ Lyft options for those who are flying and choose to not purchase a rental car.
