The Front Desk is a separate entity and does not cater to condo guests. However, they are happy to assist you with stroller and shuttle inquiries. Bags & Packages Luggage: You can drop your bags at the Front Desk before check-in or after check-out for $5 per piece. Packages: Deliveries are accepted at the Front Desk for a $5 handling fee per package. Since the staff does not send arrival notifications, please check in with them directly to collect your items. Here's a breakdown of how tourists can get around Palm Parkway: 1. Hotel Shuttles: We offer free shuttle services to the Disney theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom), Disney Springs, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. 2. Ride-Sharing Services (Uber/Lyft): - Uber and Lyft are readily available in the Lake Buena Vista area, including Palm Parkway. - This is a convenient option for getting to specific locations not directly served by hotel shuttles or for more flexible travel times. - Be aware that surge pricing can occur during peak demand times (e.g., park opening and closing). 3. Taxis: Traditional taxi services are also available, though they might be more expensive than ride-sharing services. 4.
