Family room open to kitchen and dining, patio with table and chairs and a balcony too. Brand new beautifully remodeled baths. Refreshing and soothing colors. The expansive vaulted ceiling in the family room with 2 story windows shows off the view of the lake from upstairs and down. Enjoy morning breezes with your coffee on the patio or balcony. Don't miss fireworks reflecting in the lake at night from Disney. There are TV's in every room and all the kitchenware you need to prepare meals. Privacy between bedrooms. Recently updated with warm wood laminate floors and fresh colors. Good closet space too. Situated in a small, safe and quiet community of townhomes between Disney, Universal, Sea World and Convention Center. It doesn't get any better!! Free Wireless Internet. Take out Pizza Hut and on-site restaurant is a local's favorite and visitors too. There's a lighted tennis courts. Pleasant walking paths along the lake and beach area at a gazebo. Lots of green areas provide a peaceful feeling. Pet friendly (dogs only under 30lbs with fee) and there are plenty of areas to walk. The townhome is super clean at all times. There is a pleasant laundry facility on site and near your townhome. Uses credit cards (no coins!) and with an app on your phone, will let you know when your wash/dry is done. Do a weeks worth of laundry in less than 2 hours while enjoying the lakefront. The townhome has a wheeled cart to make laundry a pleasant transport. We are next to a large resort where you are welcome to enjoy their lobby with hundreds of brochures and maps, deli, art gallery, spa and gym. The gym is $5/day and spa service rates are posted. As a local resident, if you need personal attention I am able to be at the townhome within 15 minutes. My main concern is that everything is clean and working well for you. If at any time you need assistance I'm just a phone call away. You'll find a welcome manual with maps and information about what to see and do. Sandlake Village Townhomes is a community of 81 townhomes in clusters of 6-8 attached homes each row. All townhomes are angled so views from the rear patio are of the lake, green areas and tennis courts. The neighborhood has a zero crime rate and no thru traffic. It's in what's considered the best section of Orlando (Southwest corridor) and easy access to all attractions and major roads. The community is buffered from highway noise by a large hill yet you are right off a main road that's a shortcut to everywhere. Most of the townhomes are privately owned with several in use as vacation rentals or winter homes. You'll find it is a peaceful oasis in the middle of the fun activities nearby. Orlando - famous for poor public transportation. Not to worry! Renting a car is your best bet. If you need transportation cab or Uber is your next best option. Westgate Lakes Resort next door has cab service on call so if you call for a cab they'll be there quickly. On site, if you'd like to visit the main lobby of Westgate next door you are welcome to do so. They have a spa, deli, market, brochure counters and art gallery. There is a small bus and golf carts that circle between the restaurant next to your section to their lobby. Just hop on for a free ride to and from the resort next door. We do not use their pools. Pet friendly - dogs 30lbs or less only. Pet fee. No pets on beds EVER. Must have proof of vaccinations and pre-treat for fleas. Dog walk service available. We strive to be allergen free - therefore extra fee for extra cleaning, and community friendly. You'll need to crate or confine your dog while out so they do not bark at people walking by the rear sliding patio doors. Contact me for pet agreement, etc. This is your own home while here. No restricted areas. Tennis court is being refurbished. Please call me or text immediately upon finding anything that needs attention. I have staff available to fix just about anything the same day or next. Don't put up with a drippy faucet or anything else that might annoy you. Your comfort is my goal. We are a small community of 8 rows of townhomes. Many friendly neighbors who look out for each other, yet respect other's privacy. The walking paths along the lake and large green lawns add to the peaceful feel. We are close to major roads but you don't hear them. We are a beautiful oasis right in the middle of all the attractions and want you to be delighted with your choice. 10 minutes or LESS to Universal, SeaWorld, Disney, Orange County Convention Center, and Discovery Cove. International Drive with more attractions and restaurants is a favorite with everyone. Hi-Speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs. Bringing your own car, renting one or using Uber/Taxi service is the best way to get around. Public transportation such as busses are not available. There's a welcome manual on the counter with maps, internet codes, and helpful information. Check-out day instructions are in there to make check-out day easy. PETS: DOGS ONLY. Weight limit 25 lbs. Not permitted on beds or furniture. Must be pretreated for fleas with drops or pills 3 days prior to arrival. TVs are 'smart' but you must sign into your personal Netflix, Amazon or other accounts to watch subscription channels. There are at least 250 regular cable channels to watch.
