It also has its own private full-sized modern bathroom with tile and granite, shower & bathtub. Each room allows for up to 2 guests. **If you are the guest booking the listing, you personally must be the one to check into the property for security reasons - please respect this.** Located only 15 minutes from MCO International Airport and about 20 minutes from Disney World & Universal Studios, the home is ideally situated. Port Canaveral & the Space Coast are an easy 45 minute drive. Guests can freely access the pool area, backyard, kitchen, & living areas at their convenience. Late check-ins after 11pm may be available if arranged in advance. Hosts will be available on property at all times to allow guests maximum freedom or interaction at guest's discretion. Hosts fluent in English, Spanish, & Italian, and conversational in German. Numerous lakes and forest areas surround the nearby neighborhood. Publix grocery market, CVS & Walgreens, restaurants, convenience stores & a gas station are all within 1 km from home and are easily walkable within 10 minutes. Numerous other restaurants and shops are within 2 km as well. Sidewalks are plentiful surrounding the neighborhood for a wonderful walking or jogging adventure. Taxis readily will pickup at home as well as a bus station is only 1/2 km from home on a main street. Airport is approximately 6 miles away.
