NO KITCHEN/NO LAUNDRY/NO PETS. This spacious second-floor room offers a serene retreat with a view of the pool. Furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed and ample closet space, it ensures comfort for both short and long-term stays. The room features a 48-inch TV, microwave, fridge and air conditioning, providing entertainment and a cool, relaxing atmosphere. Tucked-away location, free from the city's hustle and bustle, it is just a 5-min drive from local stores, combining the best of peaceful seclusion and accessibility. Your Private Spaces: Pool is available through the backyard to access the pool you must go out through the main door, make a left and another left and you will find a white door in the fence, there you can enter, please do not close the door completely so that you can open it again when you leave. Please keep in mind Kitchen and laundry are not included during your stay. Share Spaces in the House: -Swimming Pool -Full Bathroom -Patio We are available daily through the Airbnb messaging platform from 7am to 2am. We are available on phone if there is something urgent! SWIMMING POOL USE GUIDELINES: 1. Swimming hours are daily between 7am to 10pm only. 2. Pool cleaning is on Wednesdays, expect possible pool cleaner presence in the morning or early in the afternoon. 3. Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty. Childrens, non-swimmers and impaired adults must be supervised and the childproof gate must be locked at all times. 5. Grill use is available for an additional fee and must be requested al least 1 day before check-in. Strictly no smoking inside the room or the house.
