This resort lets you vacation in two places at once! t’s located on International Drive, so you're minutes away from Orlando’s theme parks, water parks, dinner theaters, shopping centers, and golf courses. While you’re on property, though, you'll swear you're in Key West, with Old Florida charm inside and out. Entire place is yours! 1 private bedroom - king bed, 1 queen sleeper-sofa, 1 bathroom, living-room, full kitchen, dining-room, washer/dryer, patio. Lots of space for everyone! Check-in at the front desk with a receptionist at the resort. Please provide your FULL NAME when you complete your booking. The name provided must match your ID when you check-in. The Resort maintains high standard and does goes through upgrades. Condo characteristics may vary. A valid identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. Any name change for your reservation will require a $99 name change fee. A $150 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out. You understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests.
