This is a 2 bdrm 2 bath at a timeshare. You may be asked to tour it is not required. It has a King, 2 doubles and a sofa bed. There is a living room, kitchen and a patio or balcony. Photos are stock photos. Units are assigned by the resort at check in. It may be a handicapped unit. Travel insurance is recommended. As of Jan. 1, 2025 the Kingston Reef Resort will become cashless. As a result, all owners and guests will need to have a debit or credit car for any transactions made at the site. Effective January 1st, 2025, all packages received will incur a $5 per package acceptance fee. You will check in directly at the front desk with id and credit card for incidental and security deposit. You must be at least 21 years old to check in. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases. Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-11 p.m. The pool is heated and open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information. Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
