 This is a self-catering home. To help you get settled upon arrival, we provide a starter kit with basic essentials for initial use only. Replenishment during the stay is the guest’s responsibility. Starter kit includes:

A non-refundable fee of $95 per pet applies. A $250 fee will be charged for unauthorized pets. * **Pool & Spa Details:** The spa is attached to the pool and heated together (not a separate hot tub). The heater is set to a maximum of 95°F. In cold weather, the heater may shut down to prevent damage; no refunds are offered for weather-related issues. * **Starter Supplies:** A complimentary starter kit is provided (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc.). This is a self-catering home, and guests are responsible for replenishing supplies for their stay. * **Items Not Provided:** Please note that washcloths and kitchen towels are not supplied. We recommend bringing your own. * **Trash Disposal:** Please dispose of all trash daily in the designated resort dumpsters to maintain cleanliness. * **Package Deliveries:** Only UPS, FedEx, or DHL can deliver to the home. USPS does not deliver to the resort. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed packages.
