A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if the area is left unclean Any damages in the pool areas and/or inside the house caused by misuse of the grill will result in a $300 penalty fee The BBQ grill and surrounding area must be thoroughly cleaned after use. If left in poor condition (trash, oil etc.), a $100 cleaning fee will be charged. Please confirm with us for availability.
