The master bedroom is adorned with my favorite color "yellow", and a wood panel wall as a headboard against 2 double beds with individual reading lamps. Also, a private balcony with 2 Adirondack chairs makes it an ideal space for a small family or friends sharing the space. In the living room, you will find a cozy queen sofa bed that provides additional sleeping arrangements for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities, including a blender. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, you will find everything you need in this well-appointed kitchen. Entertainment at your fingertips with two televisions. The living room offers a large Flat screen, perfect for enjoying movies or catching up on our favorite HBO shows. The bedroom also features a smaller flat-screen tv. As a part of the complex, you'll have access to a wide range of amenities. Take a dip in the inviting heated pool, relax by the jacuzzi, or enjoy a refreshing beverage from the convenience store. For the active guest, there is a gym (resistance bands are in the closet) also there is a trail right at the entrance of the complex if you prefer walking or jogging. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, BBQ grills are provided for your use. Laundry facilities are also available within the complex on the third floor, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay. Overall, this short-term rental offers a comfortable experience, combining all amenities to ensure an unforgettable stay. This unit is completely private and it also features two balconies. NOTE: Please be advised that the swimming pool will be closed for painting and maintenance from May 5th through May 8th, 2026 I'll not be available on-site, however on-site management helps us with our guest's needs.
