As you drive into the gated entrance to the condominium you are surrounded by nature and mature trees featuring an outdoor heated swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and other comfortable seating. The location is the best, very close to all major theme parks, Orange County Convention Center, restaurants, outlet shopping, and more... The condo suite features a King-size bed, night table, TV, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room that accommodates up to 4 people. You will find a nicely appointed kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave along with a dining room table set for 4. The full bathroom is off the bedroom and kitchen. The condo suite is located in a quiet neighborhood and there are yummy restaurants and some entertainment within walking distance just a few blocks away. The parking is right out front and your unit is on the second floor. House rules: No smoking, or vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. No parties or events No pets, please notify on-site management of any service animals. You are vacationing a in condo-hotel area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 11 pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
