Welcome to my modern and cozy 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Orlando's tourist district, my condo is located 5 minutes away from Sea World and only 20 from Universal and Disney parks. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, the condo is well-equipped to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. As you enter you're greeted by a spacious living room featuring a large sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for kicking back and relaxing after a day out exploring. The wooden vinyl plank flooring adds a touch of elegance to the space. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with a table and chairs, making it an ideal spot for enjoying meals or playing board games. The kitchen is compact, but well equipped with a range of appliances except for an oven. You'll find everything you need for preparing meals, including a fridge, microwave, and cookware. The bedrooms are decorated with modern furnishings and plush carpets. Each bedroom has its own TV and attached bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The guest bathroom also has an extra door leading to the living room, adding flexibility for guests. Extra bed linens, blankets, and pillows are provided for your comfort inside the closet. The apartment's prime location puts you within easy reach of several attractions, restaurants, and shops. Keep in mind that this apartment is non-smoking and pet-free. I kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. You will have full access to our privately owned & managed unit. Also, nature lovers will appreciate the nearby parks and trails, perfect for a relaxing stroll or bike ride. Getting around Orlando from my apartment is a breeze. There are some public transportation options nearby, with busses and trolley stops along International Dr. If you prefer to drive, the main attractions are just a short distance away: • Disney Magic Kingdom (15miles) - 20 to 30 minutes. • Epcot Center (8.5 miles) - 15 to 20 minutes. • Universal Studios (7 miles) - 15 to 20 minutes. • Sea World (1.6 miles) - 5 to 8 minutes Also, Orlando is quite driver-friendly, so you'll have no issues exploring the city by car.
