My privately owned apartment is located on I-Drive just (1) mile from Sea World and minutes from all the Famous Orlando Attractions. Supermarkets, restaurants and outlets near by. Features: King bed, 1-Bathroom with Fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room with a queen sized sofa sleeper and the patio door opens to a private balcony. The Entire Apartment is all yours! Condo offers all the comforts of home and the amenities of a condominium suite hotel. Apartment Features: King Size bed Queen Sofa Sleeper Full Equipped Kitchen 1- Full Bathroom Private Patio/balcony Bedroom separated from living room by a door. **Towels and toiletries will not be replenished** Housekeeping is not included but can be purchased for a fee with on-site management. You will have access to: Heated outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Kiddie pool Guest Services (Tickets to the attractions available) 9 am to 12 noon Gift Shop Open 24 hours BBQ areas (First-come, first-served) Coin-operated laundry located on the 3rd floor Restaurant on-site Must be 21 years old to check in Check In Time: 4:00 PM Check Out Time: 11:00 AM Included in the rate, you have the following amenities: - High Speed – 6.0 Megabits Wi-Fi service. We can provide faster internet upon request at a nominal fee. - Parking for one vehicle *You may send up to 7 packages at no charge during your stay. After the 7th package, there will be a charge of $10 per box. NOTE: Please be advised that the swimming pool will be closed for painting and maintenance from May 5th through May 8th, 2026 I will not be on property but you can reach me or any of the other co-hosts using the number provided in your check in instructions. Our condo is located in Williamsburg (Sea World / International drive area) on I-drive. Very close to all major attractions, Orange County convention center, Convention hotels. Pharmacy and Supermarkets are 1 mile, 5 minute drive or around 20 minutes walking. Shops and restaurants are super close too. Public transportation/bus stop is at the entrance of the property as well as the I-Drive Trolley that runs up and down all International Drive. Uber or Lyft can take you anywhere within a 10 mile radius for approximately $10 bucks. *NEW SERVICE* Free shuttle service is now available to Walt Disney World Ticket & Transportation Center & Universal Orlando. Reservations are required with an email or screenshot confirmation 2 hours or more prior to boarding.
