Our place is a nice one-bedroom RENOVATED apartment that can easily accommodate four people. It’s ideal for a small family, couples or travelers who enjoy staying in peaceful places. You’re really going to like the area, because it’s located in the heart of Orlando, right off International Dr., 5 minutes from Sea World, 15 minutes from Disney parks and Universal Studios. It's also quite close to the most popular shopping malls, supermarkets and outlets. Renovated in December 2022, our place accommodates up to four people. Located on the ground floor, it's ideal for one person, a couple, a small group of friends or a small family. It's got one room with a king-size bed, a bathroom, living room with a new queen-size sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a dinning table. Furthermore, there are two private balconys. There is also a payed laundromat on the third floor of the building. The apartment had carpet, but it was changed by a new vinyl plank flooring in December 2022.
