Pool Heating Pool heating is available for $35 per day (minimum 3 days). • Must be requested 48 hours in advance • Maximum temperature: 95°F • The system works via heat exchange and may not perform well during very cold weather • If the desired temperature cannot be reached due to weather conditions, refunds cannot be issued • The system may temporarily shut down if the pump overheats Barbecue Grill The grill is provided as a courtesy. Guests are responsible for refilling propane if needed and cleaning the grill after use. House Rules No pets allowed. Unfortunately, the home is not suitable for pets. Packages & Deliveries USPS does not recognize vacation homes as residential addresses and packages may be returned to sender. FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Amazon usually deliver successfully. We are not responsible for delivery issues. No smoking indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees. No parties or events Please treat the home with care so it remains in excellent condition for future guests.
