Location A+; Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Disney parks & next to Orange County Convention Center & EPIC PARK This gated resort allows you to walk for grocery, entertainment and dining out. 15 minutes from the Orlando airport and only 1 hour to east shore beachside Equipped with Playpen, Booster and Stroller. Full kitchen, 1 King bed, 1 Queen, 2 Fulls & Queen size pullout sofa Common grounds have 3 pools, Splash pad, 2 spas, BBQ's, 2 pool side bar, gift shop, workout center This is a 1450 sq foot 3 bedroom / 2 full large bath property. It is located by the clubhouse centrally located on the property. 4th Floor unit with elevator and staircase access. If this is your first stay to our location, it will not be your last. I have multiple properties with various layouts. Contact me if you looking for something a little different. (pool renovation at the clubhouse is complete) We do have security gates for vehicle entrance. You will get a gate code along with your electronic lock codes before check in. We have multiple pools & spas, kids play center, basketball, club house with gym, gift shop, pool bar and food and bath house. On the grounds will you find common BBQ areas as well. I will follow up to be sure everything is going as expected. Entertainment central as well as the Orange Count Convention Center. The new EPIC Universal Studio park is going in across the street. Parking is simple and not reserved within the resort. You will check in directly, not the clubhouse. There is great bus transportation - stops are just outside the resort on Destination Prkwy. UBER will pick you up at the clubhouse or at the condo building. Simple walk to the plaza across Destination Parkway or to the Convention Center. You can get to this property without stairs and therefore is ADA acceptable for egress and ingress. There are staircases on either ends of the building. If facing the building after entering through the gates, use the staircase to our right. Elevators are located in the center of the building. Again, this property is on the 4th floor. Please follow the house rules. No smoking in property and please report to me if you feel the unit has been smoked in by previous guests / house keeping. The clubhouse game room has "play cards" for purchase via vending machine in the game room itself.
