Our "epic" space is stylish, spacious and family-friendly! Your “epic” getaway awaits! We invite you to stay in our newly remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bathroom, 1120 sq ft condominium located in the Vista Cay Resort, a gated community. We are located near International Drive, Florida Mall, Orange County Convention Center, Orlando International Premium Outlets, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and much more. We are excited to be so close to Universal Epic Universe anticipated to open in 2025! Our unit offers all the comforts of home including a full-sized kitchen, separate living, sleeping and dining areas, a private furnished balcony, smart TVs with streaming services, cable networks, and free Wi-Fi access. The Vista Cay Resort provides an on-site clubhouse with a game room, fitness center, business center and a beautiful newley renovated outdoor pool area with heated pools, hot tubs, lounge chairs and kiddie pools. There is also a poolside bar with food and entertainment! Guest information Maximum of 6 guests allowed. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 11am. We will provide you with a key code for the door lock, and resort gate code on the day of your check-in. The door code with be changed upon check-out and you will be unable to re-enter the unit. If your check-in or check-out time needs to be adjusted due to travel/flight schedules, please contact us before booking to make sure we can accommodate. There will be a $50 fee applied if either the check-in or check-out time needs to be adjusted and a $100 fee if both times need to be adjusted. There is no guarantee that these accommodations can be made but we will do our best! The Wi-Fi name and password are posted in our unit entryway. Our unit Two bedrooms: 1 king bed in master, 2 full beds in second room and a pack ‘n play for your little one. Two large bathrooms: walk-in shower in master and tub/shower in second bath. Two reach-in closets with plenty of hangers. Dining table that seats 4 guests (an extra folding table and chairs are provided) and booster seat. Full-sized kitchen equipped with Keurig® coffee-maker, pods and coffee condiments, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, basic kitchen appliances, dishware, a baby feeding set, and other kitchen essentials. Iron and ironing board, lint roller, and a small first aid kit provided. Side-by-side washer and dryer in unit. Two fire extinguishers in unit. Each bathroom has plenty of towels, bar soap, body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, extra rolls of toilet paper and extra trash bag. We provide dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, extra paper towel roll, dish soap, dish sponge and an extra trash bag for the kitchen. Broom and dustpan available. Safe/lock box in unit. Pool and fitness center/clubhouse access keys and pool towels will be provided in the unit. The plastic bin at the front door is for your trash which is collected daily. We are located on the 2nd floor; there are stairs and elevator access. There is free on-site parking. We understand that accidents happen; please contact us if there is damage to the unit so we can address it immediately. Information about the resort including rules and pool hours will be posted in our unit entryway. Please respect our NO SMOKING and NO PET policy. NO MORE THAN 6 GUESTS, NO PARTIES and NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OF ANY KIND! Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay in the unit. Suspicion of illegal activity will automatically warrant eviction of all guests without a refund and will be reported to the booking site and/or police. Please keep noise to a minimum and be mindful of our neighbors. We have a doorbell camera and will be notified of anyone or any pets entering the unit. Please no candles/incense, and no grills allowed on the patio. If any rules are broken it is considered a breach of contract and the guests agree to forfeit the entire deposit; additional fees may be charged at the discretion of the property owner. Guests will be responsible for any damages incurred during their stay and additional fees may apply for cleaning and/or repairs. At least one registered guest must be 21 years of age or older and present for the duration of the stay. Additional charges: A $75.00 fee may be charged if the unit is left in excessively dirty condition beyond normal use.
