Very spacious condo with everything you need to enjoy a great vacation in Orlando. Very central located, near the team parks and within walking distance from Publix grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. There is a kids pool, game room, picnic area, gym, and walking paths.

Guest will have access to two different pools. One is located by the unit and the other one is located at the main clubhouse. At the clubhouse, guest will be able to enjoy a pool bar, kids pool, hot tub, game room, and gym. Also there is a convenience store on site.
No Smoking or other use of tobacco products (including, but not limited to, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, snuff, or chewing tobacco) are NOT permitted in any part of the apartment or building! Violators will be charged $500 for not following the rules.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
